Lvliang University, located in Lvliang City, Shanxi Province, is a public full-time ordinary university sponsored by the people's Government of Shanxi Province. It is a University jointly built by provinces and cities. It has been selected as the pilot University of the Ministry of education's "scientific work ability improvement plan (million million project)".It was approved by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China in 1978, and was established as Lvliang normal college by the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China in 2010.As of September 2019, the school covers an area of 1110600 square meters and a building area of 646400 square meters.
