Mudanjiang Normal University (MNU) is located in Mudanjiang, an excellent national tourist city. It is the teacher education research center, basic education research center and continuing education training center in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province. It is the training institution entrusted by the Chinese government for scholarship students, the exchange base for Chinese and Russian University Students of the Ministry of education, and the first batch of bachelor's degree awarding units in China. The university enrolls students from all over the country and has more than 16000 students of various types, such as master's degree students, full-time undergraduates and international students. The school has 1264 staff, including 807 full-time teachers, 396 full-time professors and associate professors, and 670 doctors and masters.
