Nanjing Normal University Nanjing Normal University, or Nanjing Normal University for short, is located in Nanjing, the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties. Based on the former Nanjing University and Jinling University, Nanjing Normal University was established at the former Jinling Women's University. In 1984, it was renamed Nanjing Normal University. In 2000, Nanjing Power College was merged.As of March 2020, the school has three campuses, Xianlin, Suiyuan and Zijin.
